Zion National Park

I first visited Zion National Park in 2014. I honestly have no idea how to put into words the pure amazement I felt when I first started driving through the canyon. I grew up in a small town in Georgia, so something like Zion was completely out of this world for me. It’s like a completely different planet. I only spent one day exploring some of the less daunting wonders of Zion. That was in September. I didn’t return until Valentine’s Day this year with my boyfriend. We finally decided that we were going to do Angel’s Landing, because what better to spend a day about love with the guy I love in a place I love, right? We spent the whole morning hiking up to the peak. I don’t think I have ever done a more intense and rewarding hike. That day and that place will always hold a special place in my heart. Here are some of my favorite moments from that day in Zion.
